Terms and Conditions

The terms that govern access to ConnectedKits websites, portals, and services.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: March 14, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, landing pages, forms, funnels, checkout pages, client portals, white-labeled application pages, communications, and services operated by ConnectedKits Labs LLC d/b/a ConnectedKits ("ConnectedKits," "we," "us," or "our"), including https://connectedkits.com, https://www.connectedkits.com, https://checkout.connectedkits.com, https://app.connectedkits.com, and any related pages or subdomains we operate (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website, submitting a form, booking a call, creating an account, logging into our app portal, opting into communications, or purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Business Identity and Services

ConnectedKits Labs LLC does business as ConnectedKits. ConnectedKits provides business automation and growth services powered by AI, which may include websites, funnels, missed-call text back, AI receptionist services, customer messaging systems, advertising support, social media planning, CRM automation, portal access, and related consulting, implementation, or support services.

2. Eligibility

You may use our Services only if you are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use our Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purpose;
  • interfere with or disrupt the website, app portal, servers, networks, or security of our systems;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, page, database, or system;
  • copy, scrape, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content except as allowed by law or with our written permission; or
  • submit false, misleading, or incomplete information.

4. Informational Content Only

The content on our Services is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice. Any examples, projections, testimonials, or case studies are illustrative only and do not guarantee future results.

5. Quotes, Orders, and Separate Agreements

Some services may require a proposal, statement of work, invoice, checkout page, order form, subscription, or separate written agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately signed agreement or accepted order form, the separate agreement or accepted order form will control for that service.

We may decline service, reject an order, suspend work, suspend access, or cancel a transaction in our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

6. Pricing, Billing, and Payment

Pricing for products and services will be shown on the applicable order page, checkout page, proposal, invoice, subscription page, or written agreement.

If you purchase a recurring service, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis until the service is canceled in accordance with the applicable order page or written agreement.

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing:

  • fees are billed in advance for the applicable billing period;
  • setup fees, implementation fees, ad spend, media spend, domain fees, pass-through software costs, and other outside platform costs are non-refundable once incurred; and
  • fees paid are non-refundable once charged.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or terminate the applicable service until payment is resolved.

7. Cancellation

If your service is recurring, you may cancel according to the cancellation terms on the applicable order page or in your service agreement. If no separate cancellation terms apply, you may request cancellation by contacting hello@connectedkits.com before your next billing date, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period.

8. Accounts and App Portal

If you are given access to https://app.connectedkits.com or another ConnectedKits portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

You agree to notify us promptly at hello@connectedkits.com if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

We may suspend, restrict, or disable portal access if needed for security, maintenance, nonpayment, misuse, legal compliance, or suspected violation of these Terms.

9. User Information and Communications

If you submit a form, request a quote, start a checkout, create an account, or otherwise communicate with us, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information.

You understand that:

  • we may contact you by email, phone, or text message regarding your inquiry, account, appointments, requested services, support needs, or transactions, subject to your consent and applicable law;
  • calls with us may be monitored, recorded, or transcribed where permitted by law for quality assurance, training, security, service delivery, or documentation purposes; and
  • you are responsible for obtaining any consents required for your own customers, leads, contacts, or users if you use our services in connection with your business operations.

10. Mobile Messaging Terms

This section applies if you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from ConnectedKits.

Program name and description. ConnectedKits may send marketing and non-marketing text messages, depending on the consent you provide. These messages may include special offers, promotions, service announcements, appointment reminders, project updates, support follow-ups, account notices, and other business communications related to your inquiry, purchase, account, or ongoing services.

Consent. By providing your phone number and giving consent through an optional form checkbox, order form, scheduling page, written request, or other express opt-in method, you agree to receive text messages from ConnectedKits Labs LLC d/b/a ConnectedKits at the number provided. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Authorized user. You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Rejoining instructions. To start receiving messages again after opting out, submit a new form, provide new written consent, or otherwise opt in again through an approved consent method.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy Policy. For privacy-related questions, please review our Privacy Policy at https://www.connectedkits.com/privacy-policy.

Compliance statement. Your use of our messaging program is also subject to applicable law, carrier requirements, and industry standards.

11. Intellectual Property

Our Services and their content, including text, graphics, logos, layouts, images, videos, software, and copy, are owned by or licensed to ConnectedKits and are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not use our name, logo, branding, content, or other proprietary materials.

If we create deliverables for you under a separate client agreement, ownership and license rights for those deliverables will be governed by that agreement.

12. Outside Services and Platforms

Our Services may integrate with or rely on outside platforms and vendors, such as hosting providers, white-labeled CRM and automation platforms, scheduling systems, payment processors, analytics tools, advertising platforms, and communications vendors. Your use of those outside services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components, or that any service will produce a specific business result, revenue increase, lead volume, conversion rate, ranking, advertising result, or operational improvement.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONNECTEDKITS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ConnectedKits and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the Services;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of any law or the rights of another person; or
  • any content, data, or materials you submit or cause to be submitted through our Services.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or the relationship between you and ConnectedKits will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised version on this page and update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
